Hope you’re all having a good week! I have been making some delicious energy balls this week on snap chat @lifestyleoflisa
They are proving very popular so I thought I would share the recipe here. I got this particular recipe from Tara Makeup ☺️
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon goji berries
Blend all ingredients together (I use a nutribullet for this)
When fully blended shape the mixture into little balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Then pop in the fridge to set.
And it’s as simple as that! These are the perfect post workout snack or if you’re looking for something sweet. You can use any nuts, berries or seeds you wish.
I got all of the ingredients in super valu so you should be able to get them in any supermarket.
Tip: Softening the dates in hot water makes them easier to blend, you don’t have to do this though!
